Due to continued growth, they are looking to welcome a Private Client Solicitor / Fee Earner to their Birmingham team.

The Opportunity

This role would suit a qualified Private Client Solicitor (ideally 2+ years PQE), however my client understands the challenges of finding experienced Private Client professionals in the current market and welcomes applications from strong fee earners who can confidently manage their own caseload.

You will have the opportunity to step into a role where you can make an immediate impact, supporting the team and delivering excellent service to clients from day one.

Your caseload will include:

• Wills
• Probate
• Estate Administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• General Private Client matters

About You

We are looking for a confident and client-focused Private Client professional who enjoys building relationships and delivering a high standard of service.

You will ideally have:

• Qualified Solicitor status with Private Client experience
• OR proven fee earning experience within Private Client
• Experience managing your own caseload
• Strong knowledge of Wills, Probate, Estate Administration and Powers of Attorney
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A professional, empathetic and proactive approach
• The confidence to work independently and support the wider team
