A progressive and entrepreneurial law firm is looking to appoint a Private Client Partner to join its thriving West Midlands office. With one of the largest Private Client teams in the UK, the firm has built a strong reputation for innovation, collaboration and delivering exceptional client service.

The Worcester office is a key hub for the firm, offering a dynamic and fast-paced environment with significant growth plans.

The Role

This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior leadership role within a nationally recognised Private Client team. You will play a key part in shaping and growing the firm's Private Client offering in the West Midlands, working with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.

You'll be responsible for developing the practice, building strong client relationships and contributing to the overall strategic direction of the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading and growing the Private Client offering in the Worcester office
  • Providing strategic input and supporting the wider growth of the West Midlands practice
  • Advising on a broad range of private client matters including wills, trusts, estate planning, succession planning, probate and LPAs
  • Acting for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, business families and landed estates
  • Working collaboratively with other departments to deliver a full-service offering
  • Mentoring and developing junior team members
  • Driving business development and raising the firm's profile in the region

About You

  • Experienced Private Client Solicitor at Partner level (or Senior Associate ready for Partnership)
  • Strong background in high-value and complex private client work
  • Proven experience working with high-net-worth clients and complex estates
  • Commercially aware with a strong track record in business development
  • Confident leader with experience mentoring and developing teams
  • Collaborative approach and ability to build strong internal and external relationships
