Private Client Senior Solicitor

Our client is an established yet forward-thinking Top 200 law firm with ambitious growth plans and an outstanding reputation for delivering exceptional client service. Combining the expertise and resources of a large practice with the collaborative and approachable culture of a smaller firm, they’re looking to expand their highly regarded Private Client team across their Redhill and Oxted offices.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Private Client Solicitor with 6+ years’ PQE to join a supportive and progressive environment where career development is genuinely encouraged.

You will advise a broad range of clients on matters including:

Wills and estate planning

Estate administration

Trusts

Lasting Powers of Attorney

Experience handling high-value estate administration matters would be highly advantageous.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

Strong technical expertise within Private Client matters

Excellent drafting and communication skills

Commercial awareness and attention to detail

The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

The ability to manage deadlines, targets, and client expectations effectively

A STEP qualification would be advantageous but is not essential.
