You will handle a varied caseload of private client matters, with the level of supervision and support tailored to your experience. This role offers strong scope for development and progression within a stable and well-respected firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of private client matters including Wills, probate, estate administration and LPAs
• Advising clients on estate planning and related matters
• Providing clear, practical and empathetic legal advice
• Maintaining accurate and compliant case records
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across the firm

About You

• Qualified Solicitor (all PQE levels considered)
• Experience in private client work, or a strong interest in developing within this area
• Ability to manage a caseload or support on matters depending on experience
• Strong communication and client care skills
• Well organised with good attention to detail
• A team player with a proactive and positive attitude
