Key Responsibilities
- Managing client files with appropriate supervision and ensuring full compliance
- Advising clients on a range of private client matters, including drafting and negotiating documentation
- Handling matters efficiently and in a timely manner to achieve the best outcomes for clients
- Working to agreed KPIs and demonstrating a commercial approach
- Supporting business development and building relationships with clients and referrers
- Committing to ongoing professional development
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in Private Client work
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal matters clearly
- Ability to manage a caseload independently, while also supporting on more complex matters
- Organised with strong attention to detail and time management skills
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude
- Commercially aware with an interest in business development
- Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills
