This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious NQ – 2 PQE Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join a dynamic and growing Private Client team within a well-established regional law firm.
This is a role where you will be trusted early, given real responsibility, and encouraged to build your own reputation within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
The Opportunity
You will manage a varied and high-quality caseload, offering genuine technical breadth and early client exposure. Work will include:
- Probate and estate administration (taxable and non-taxable estates)
- Drafting and advising on Wills, from straightforward to complex matters
- Creation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Inheritance tax planning and succession advice
- Direct client contact from an early stage, with increasing autonomy as you develop
This is not a narrow role — it is an opportunity to build real depth across all areas of Private Client work.

We are looking for someone who is:
- An NQ – 2 PQE Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
- Confident communicator with a strong client service ethos
- Organised, proactive, and keen to take ownership of their work
- Interested in building a long-term career in Private Client law
- Comfortable engaging in business development and building their profile in the local market
