Private Client Solicitor

An opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor with around 4–6 years' PQE to become part of a well-established team in St Albans. The firm has built an excellent reputation for delivering tailored advice to individuals, families and business owners, with much of its work coming through longstanding client relationships and referrals.

You'll advise on a broad range of private client matters, including:

• Wills and estate planning
• Trust creation and administration
• Probate and estate administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Inheritance tax planning

The team works on a wide variety of matters, from straightforward estate administration through to more complex succession planning for high-net-worth clients. You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of your own files while working closely with experienced colleagues on more technical matters, giving you plenty of scope to broaden your expertise.
