What you’ll be doing:

• Run a full range of Private Client matters independently, including Wills, Probate, Estates, Trusts, LPAs, and inheritance planning
• Build relationships with clients and professional referrers, including working alongside the firm’s Commercial team
• Play an active role in developing new business and growing the department’s presence in Corby and beyond
• Shape how your practice develops, not just deliver within an existing structure

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has at least 3+ years PQE (or equivalent experience) in Private Client work
• Is confident managing matters independently from instruction to completion
• Combines strong technical ability with a genuinely client-focused approach
• Is comfortable – and ideally excited by – networking and business development
