You’ll take real ownership of your work, manage your own caseload, and be trusted to run matters your way – from Wills and LPAs through to complex estates, trusts, and inheritance planning. No micromanagement. No unnecessary layers of sign-off.

What you’ll be doing:
- Run a full range of Private Client matters independently, including Wills, Probate, Estates, Trusts, LPAs, and inheritance planning
- Build relationships with clients and professional referrers, including working alongside the firm’s Commercial team
- Play an active role in developing new business and growing the department’s presence in Corby and beyond
- Shape how your practice develops, not just deliver within an existing structure
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has at least 3+ years PQE (or equivalent experience) in Private Client work
- Is confident managing matters independently from instruction to completion
- Combines strong technical ability with a genuinely client-focused approach
- Is comfortable – and ideally excited by – networking and business development
