Private Client Solicitor

Location: Thame
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Working Pattern: Full-time, with flexible working available

An established and growing legal practice is looking to welcome a Private Client Solicitor to its established team in Thame.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor looking to join a supportive and friendly team where you will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of private client matters, including Wills, Probate, LPAs, Estate Administration and Trusts.

Experience in Court of Protection matters would be advantageous, although this is not essential.

The successful candidate will be confident managing their own caseload and will have strong client care skills, alongside a genuine interest in developing their private client expertise. You will be supported by an experienced team while being given the autonomy to build and maintain strong client relationships.

The Role

• Managing your own caseload of private client matters
• Advising clients on Wills, LPAs, Probate and Estate Administration
• Handling Trust matters
• Assisting with Court of Protection work where appropriate
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Providing high-quality, commercially aware legal advice
• Contributing to the continued growth of the private client team

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in Private Client
• Strong technical knowledge across core private client matters
• Able to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Organised, proactive and commercially minded
• Keen to develop your expertise and progress within a growing practice
• Court of Protection experience would be beneficial but is not essential
