Residential Property Solicitor

Telford, Shrewsbury & Wolverhampton | Full-Time | 35 hours per week

The Opportunity

Are you an experienced Residential Property Solicitor looking for a role where you can take ownership of your caseload, develop your career and be part of a supportive team?

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an established residential property team, with positions available across Telford, Shrewsbury and Wolverhampton.

This is a great opportunity for a solicitor with 3+ years' PQE or equivalent experience who wants to take the next step in their career within a progressive firm, with genuine opportunities for development and progression.

The Role

You'll manage your own residential property caseload, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages
• New-build transactions
• Transfers of equity
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, referrers and other professionals
• Managing matters efficiently through to completion
• Maintaining strong client relationships
• Contributing to business development and new client opportunities
• Ensuring files are managed accurately and in line with compliance requirements

About You

We're looking for a confident Residential Property Solicitor with:

• 3+ years' PQE or equivalent experience within a reputable firm.
• Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing.
• The ability to independently manage a busy caseload.
• Excellent organisation and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and file management.
• Good IT skills, including case management systems and Microsoft Office.
• A good understanding of the Solicitors' Code of Conduct, referral requirements and Money Laundering Regulations.
• A proactive and client-focused approach.

Experience with Landlord & Tenant matters or leasehold extensions would be advantageous but isn't essential.
