Real Estate Paralegal | London

IMPORTANT: This role will NOT offer a Training Contract within the first 2 years.

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Real Estate/Conveyancing Paralegal to join a busy and highly regarded London property team.

The Role

• Support an experienced fee earner on live property transactions
• Assist from instruction through to completion & post-completion
• Raise and review enquiries
• Assist with reports on title, searches and mortgages
• Liaise with clients, lenders, agents and solicitors
• Support with AML, exchange, completion and general file management

What They're Looking For

• Previous conveyancing/property experience in a legal environment
• Good understanding of the conveyancing process
• Experience with enquiries and report drafting
• Relevant legal qualifications advantageous
• Organised, commercially aware and confident working to deadlines
