Residential Conveyancer | Disley | Hybrid | 5 Weeks' Holiday + Private Healthcare
Looking for a residential conveyancing role where you can get on with your job without being left to fend for yourself?
This could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.
I’m working with a well-established, highly regarded high street law firm that is looking to strengthen its established Property Team with an experienced Residential Conveyancer / Fee Earner.
Based in Disley, this is a role offering a genuinely supportive working environment, a manageable structure and the benefit of dedicated secretarial and paralegal support — meaning you can focus on your clients and your caseload rather than drowning in administration.
What’s in it for you?
- 5 weeks' annual leave
- Hybrid working – 1 day from home each week
- Private healthcare
- Pension scheme
- Annual bonus
- Christmas shutdown
- Dedicated secretarial and paralegal support
- Full training on the firm's systems and processes
- Ongoing training and development
- A friendly, established team where you’ll be supported rather than micromanaged
The Role
You’ll take ownership of your own residential conveyancing caseload from initial instruction through to completion, dealing with a varied mix of work including:
- Sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build transactions
- Shared ownership
- Lease extensions
You’ll be expected to open around 25 new files per month, with the support around you allowing you to concentrate on progressing matters, delivering excellent client service and getting deals over the line.
Who are they looking for?
Ideally, you’ll have around 5 years’ residential conveyancing experience and be comfortable managing your own caseload with minimal supervision.
You’ll also need:
- Strong technical residential conveyancing knowledge
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- A client-focused approach
- The confidence to manage a busy caseload
- Strong communication skills
- A proactive, team-focused attitude
The important bit...
This isn’t an environment where you’re expected to do everything yourself.
You’ll have dedicated support around you, proper systems training and a team that understands the pressures of residential conveyancing.
If you’re an experienced Residential Conveyancer who is looking for good support, hybrid working, a decent benefits package and a firm where you can settle in and build a long-term career, this is definitely worth a conversation.
