Location: Eastwood, Nottinghamshire

Working Pattern: Office-based

A well-established law firm with a strong presence across the local area is looking to add an experienced Residential Conveyancer to its property team.

This is an opportunity for a qualified conveyancer or solicitor who is confident managing a mixed residential caseload and wants to be part of a friendly, client-focused team where quality of service and strong relationships are genuinely valued.

The Role

You will manage your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, providing clear and practical advice to clients throughout the transaction.

The caseload is varied and is likely to include:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity
• New build transactions
• Dealing with lenders, agents and other solicitors
• Reviewing titles, searches and legal documentation
• Raising and responding to enquiries
• Exchange and completion
• Post-completion work and Land Registry registrations
• Managing client expectations and keeping matters progressing

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a qualified Residential Conveyancer or Solicitor
• Has solid experience handling a residential caseload independently
• Is comfortable dealing with a mixture of sales, purchases and other residential matters
• Has strong attention to detail and good file management skills
• Communicates confidently with clients and other professionals
• Takes a proactive approach to progressing transactions
• Understands the importance of providing a personal, responsive service
• Can work effectively as part of a wider property team
