Residential Conveyancer

Grantham | Full-Time | Up to £50,000

The Opportunity

Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking for a role where you can take ownership of your caseload, build strong client relationships and be part of a growing team?

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an established and expanding residential property team in Grantham.

You'll manage a varied caseload from initial instruction through to post-completion, with the opportunity to work across sales, purchases, new-build properties and plot acquisitions.

The Role

You'll manage your own caseload, including:

• Residential sales and purchases
• New-build and plot acquisition matters
• Managing files from instruction through to post-completion
• Preparing searches and contract documentation
• Managing exchange, completion and SDLT requirements
• Liaising with clients, estate agents and other parties
• Converting quotations into new instructions
• Building strong client relationships and identifying cross-referral opportunities
• Maintaining accurate records and time recording
• Working towards agreed fee income targets

About You

We're looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer who can confidently manage their own caseload and work independently.

You'll ideally have:

• Strong knowledge of the full residential conveyancing process.
• Experience managing a busy caseload from instruction through to completion.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Strong client care and communication skills.
• The ability to manage competing deadlines effectively.
• A professional, proactive and commercial approach.
