Residential Conveyancer - Established Property Team

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established and supportive property team within a respected high street practice.

The role will be primarily based in Buxton. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced fee earner to take ownership of a varied caseload while benefiting from strong administrative support and a healthy work-life balance.

The Role

You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, handling a broad range of matters including:

Sales and purchases

Remortgages

Transfers of equity

New build transactions

Shared ownership matters

Lease extensions

You will be expected to open approximately 25 new files per month while maintaining a high standard of client care and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have:

Approximately five years' residential conveyancing experience

The ability to manage a busy, varied caseload

Strong communication and client care skills

Excellent organisation and attention to detail

A proactive and team-oriented approach

Support & Training

In-house training and development

Full systems training covering case management, AML procedures, Land Registry processes, and compliance requirements
