The Role
You’ll handle a broad range of residential property matters, including:
Freehold & leasehold sales and purchases
Remortgages
Transfers of equity
Shared ownership
Registered & unregistered land
General residential conveyancing transactions
New-build transactions, including developer liaison, tight exchange deadlines and lender requirements
