Residential Property Solicitor

Leamington Spa | Full-Time | £45,000–£50,000

The Opportunity

Are you an experienced Residential Property Solicitor looking for a role where client relationships, teamwork and your own career development actually matter?

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the residential property team at an established and highly respected law firm in Leamington Spa.

This is a great opportunity for a solicitor who wants to move away from a corporate-style environment and join a friendly, collaborative team where you'll have genuine responsibility and support around you.

The Role

You'll manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Registered and unregistered titles
• Transfers of equity
• Remortgages
• New-build transactions
• General residential property matters
• Working closely with clients, estate agents, lenders and other professionals
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

You'll have the autonomy to manage your own files while working alongside an experienced and supportive team.

About You

We're looking for a Residential Property Solicitor with:

• 3+ years' PQE and solid residential conveyancing experience.
• The ability to independently manage a busy caseload.
• Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of residential matters.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• A confident, professional and approachable manner.
• A proactive and team-focused attitude.
• The ability to work effectively in a busy environment while maintaining high service standards.
