Residential Property Lawyer – Amersham

I’m currently working with a modern, growing law firm in Amersham who are looking to add an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to their team.

This is a great opportunity for a conveyancer who wants autonomy over their own caseload, direct client contact and genuine scope to progress within a growing property department.

The work

You’ll handle a broad range of residential property matters, including:

• Freehold & leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages
• New-build purchases
• Shared ownership
• Transfers of equity
• First registrations
• Assents
• Help to Buy loan repayments
• Exchange, completion and post-completion matters

You’ll be responsible for running matters from start to finish, including client onboarding, title checking, searches, enquiries, reporting, contracts, exchange, completion and registration.

Who are they looking for?

Ideally, you’ll be a Residential Property Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer / Legal Executive with around 2–5 years' PQE.

You should be confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision and limited administrative support, and be comfortable dealing directly with clients.

They're particularly interested in someone who is:
