A well-established and respected law firm is looking to recruit a Residential Property Solicitor to join its growing team based in Crouch End.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 2+ years' PQE and solid residential conveyancing experience who is looking for a role offering autonomy, client contact and the support of an experienced and collaborative team.

You will manage your own caseload from initial instruction through to completion, advising clients throughout the transaction and ensuring matters progress efficiently and to a high professional standard.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a varied residential property caseload from instruction through to completion

• Handling residential sales and purchases

• Managing remortgages and other residential conveyancing matters

• Providing clear and practical advice to clients throughout transactions

• Keeping clients regularly updated on the progress of their matters

• Drafting and reviewing relevant legal documentation

• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors

• Managing files effectively and ensuring deadlines are met

• Maintaining appropriate regulatory and compliance standards

• Building strong and lasting client relationships

• Identifying and resolving issues proactively

• Working closely with colleagues and contributing positively to the wider team

About You

The successful candidate will be:

• A qualified solicitor with 2+ years' PQE

• Experienced in residential property/conveyancing

• Comfortable managing their own caseload with appropriate support when required

• Organised and able to manage competing deadlines

• A strong written and verbal communicator

• Client-focused with excellent interpersonal skills

• Reliable, professional and commercially aware

• A team player who enjoys working collaboratively

• Keen to develop their career within a supportive property team
