Residential Real Estate Solicitor / Fee Earner – London (2+ PQE)

I’m working on a fantastic opportunity with a well-established, highly regarded London firm looking to strengthen its Residential Property team.

This is a great move for someone who enjoys hands-on conveyancing work in a supportive, down-to-earth environment.

The Role:

• Managing a varied residential caseload (freehold, leasehold, transfers, remortgages etc.)
• Working closely with an experienced and collaborative team
• Opportunity to build long-term stability within a growing department

What they’re looking for:

• Minimum 2 years’ PQE (or equivalent fee-earning experience)
• Strong practical conveyancing experience
• Someone who has progressed through hands-on roles (e.g. paralegal → fee earner / CILEX / Licensed Conveyancer routes all of interest)
• Commercially aware, reliable and looking for longevity rather than a short-term move
