A leading and well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Employment Solicitor to join its growing team in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and commercially minded solicitor to take on high-quality work while playing a key role in the continued success of the department.

The Role:
You will advise a broad client base, including SMEs, large corporates, and senior executives, on a full range of employment law matters. The role offers a strong mix of contentious and non-contentious work, including:

• Employment tribunal litigation
• Redundancy and restructuring projects
• Disciplinary and grievance matters
• Drafting and negotiating employment contracts and policies
• TUPE and business transfers
• Providing strategic HR and employment law advice

You will also have the opportunity to supervise junior team members and contribute to business development initiatives.

About You:

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 5+ years PQE in employment law
• Strong technical expertise across contentious and advisory matters
• Commercially aware with a proactive approach to client service
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience managing your own caseload independently
• A team player with leadership potential or experience
