This is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor with 2-8 years PQE to join a thriving Employment team handling a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious matters.

? The Role: As part of this dynamic and well-respected department, you’ll work closely with both employer and employee clients, providing expert advice on:

• Employment contracts, policies, and procedures
• Disciplinary and grievance issues
• Tribunal litigation and dispute resolution
• TUPE and restructuring
• Settlement agreements
• Discrimination and whistleblowing claims

? What We’re Looking For:

• 2–8 years PQE in Employment Law
• A strong understanding of employment legislation and tribunal procedures
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• A proactive and commercial approach to legal work
• The ability to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision
