My client is a leading North East Commercial law firm specializing in business transactions and disputes, serving clients across the UK and beyond. They now have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor or experienced Legal Executive to join their Commercial Disputes team.

Role Overview: As a member of the Commercial Disputes team, you will handle a diverse range of litigation matters. The firm is open to candidates with experience in either commercial or property litigation, or both. This role offers hybrid/flexible working options and an excellent benefits package, making it a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Lawyer looking to advance their career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of commercial and/or property litigation matters
• Provide high-quality legal advice and representation to clients
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver comprehensive legal solutions
• Contribute to business development activities to support the growth of the Commercial Disputes team

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ PQE or equivalent experience as a Commercial Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive
• Experience in commercial or property litigation (or both)
• Strong client service ethic and ability to build client relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Proactive and ambitious approach to your legal career
