Our client, a well-established and multi-service law firm with offices across the region are looking to appoint a commercial Solicitor to join a specialist team managing a challenging and rewarding caseload of matters for a small, medium and large business client base.
On a day-to-day basis you will be involved with the drafting of shareholder agreements, act on company formations, commercial contracts and advise on IT and IP matters. Expect stimulating work generated by broad client base of ambitious and interesting clients with business interests at home and abroad.
Ideally you will have 5 years’ experience, have good interpersonal skills, able to deal sympathetically and appropriately with clients and to show empathy with them, have excellent communication skills both written and orally. Be computer literate and have proven ability to undertake thorough research.

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, the successful candidate can expect a salary ranging from £40-£65k.
