Litigation Lawyer

My client now has an opportunity for a general Litigation Lawyer with 3+ years PQE or equivalent to join their Litigation department.  The role is office based with secretarial support and the firm can consider hybrid working after successful completion of probationary period – however, as they’re a firm based on what works for their employees, they offer flexible working when needed.

The successful candidate will have responsibility for a mostly commercial litigation caseload, which includes property & land disputes, landlord & tenant, debt recovery, employment, and contentious probate.

The successful Litigation Lawyer will have autonomy, and a passion to grow the department, be involved in marketing and networking and general business development.  The candidate needs to have commercial awareness and a proven track record of billing and targets.
