Job Description: They are seeking a motivated and experienced Scottish Solicitor to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of Scottish law and the personal injury process, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Role Overview: As a Scottish Solicitor in the team, your responsibilities will include:

• Advising clients on their legal rights and options following a personal injury.
• Preparing and managing claims on behalf of clients.
• Negotiating settlements with insurers.
• Representing clients in court.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified Scottish solicitor.
• 2+ years’ experience in personal injury law.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Desired Skills:

• Experience in Scottish Personal Injury law, including RTA, Credit Hire, EL, and Clinical negligence.
• Good understanding of credit/debt hire controls.
• Use of Proclaim.
