Solicitor – Personal Injury Department
About Us: My client is a very reputable law firm based in the heart of Northwich, committed to providing quality legal services to their clients. The Personal Injury Department specializes in handling a diverse range of higher value injury claims, including RTA, OL, EL, and PL. Position Overview: They are currently seeking an experienced Solicitor to join their dedicated team in the Personal Injury Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a full caseload of higher value injury claims, from pre-litigation through to the litigated stage. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a full caseload of higher value injury claims, including RTA, OL, EL, and PL.
  • Handle cases from pre-litigation through to litigated stage, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills in interactions with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues in the Personal Injury Department and across the firm.
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethical practice.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience as an existing case handler in the personal injury field.
  • Qualified Solicitor with relevant legal qualifications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Commitment to providing quality service and achieving successful outcomes for clients.
