Solicitors for Debt Recovery Team
We are currently recruiting 2 solicitors to join our client’s experienced debt recovery team.
Role Overview: As part of the debt recovery team, you will handle a wide range of matters including debt recovery and enforcement, insolvency, and landlord and tenant issues. You will manage a diverse caseload and work with a variety of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage debt recovery and enforcement cases, insolvency matters, and landlord and tenant disputes.
- Develop procedural, tactical, and commercial awareness in a fast-paced environment.
- Utilize Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) and online legal research resources to enhance civil litigation skills and achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
- Act as a confident negotiator when interacting with debtors and adapt strategies as needed.
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor with experience in debt recovery and civil litigation.
- Strong procedural and tactical skills, with commercial awareness.
- Ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently and effectively.
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Proactive and results-driven approach to work.
