Sam joined Clayton Legal in 2025 as a Recruitment Consultant, specialising in Residential and Commercial Property roles across the Midlands, working with both candidates and law firms in a busy and evolving market.

With a background in recruitment and sales, including experience across international markets, he brings a strong client service focus and a proactive approach, having worked in fast-paced environments where delivery and communication are key.

As with all of the Clayton team, Sam’s approach is centred around understanding what both clients and candidates really need, not just on paper, but in terms of expectations, progression and long-term fit within a team –  knowing that the best outcomes come from building strong relationships, staying consistent, and providing an honest service.
