Recruitment Consultant, Chris joined Clayton Legal in 2022 following a successful career in law, with previous experience as a Paralegal, Fee Earner and Department Head specialising in the Personal Injury sector across both high street and Top 100 firms.

His hands-on legal background gives Chris a genuine understanding of the pressures, challenges and career paths within the sector, which he now brings into his recruitment role supporting legal professionals across the UK, with a particular focus on the North. Chris works closely with firms and candidates across areas including Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence, Housing Disrepair and Catastrophic Injury, helping businesses secure specialist legal talent whilst supporting candidates in making informed and confident career moves.

Known for his approachable nature and straight-talking style, Chris enjoys building strong relationships with both clients and candidates alike, taking the time to understand what people are really looking for from their next move and ensuring the right long-term fit for both sides.
