With a career that’s spanned retail, pharmaceuticals and now legal recruitment, Leanne joined the Clayton Legal team in 2022, bringing with her more than 13 years’ experience in customer service and people management. Passionate, energetic and people-focused, Leanne loves connecting the right people with the right opportunities and firmly believes recruitment should change lives, not just tick boxes.
Specialising in Crime & Regulatory and Immigration Law recruitment across the UK, Leanne works closely with both clients and candidates, focusing on building strong relationships and tailoring her approach to every individual she works with. She is passionate about making sure every placement is the right fit for both sides, helping candidates progress their careers whilst supporting firms in securing the talent they need.
Fast, friendly and fiercely dedicated, Leanne has quickly become a trusted contact within her niche areas across the UK. She is known for her industry knowledge, strategic thinking and the personal, approachable style she brings to every conversation.
When she’s not connecting top legal talent with new opportunities, Leanne enjoys people-watching, going to the gym, travelling, music and spending time with friends and family. She genuinely believes a little energy and positivity can go a long way, especially in recruitment.
Leanne made the whole process of finding a new role feel effortless. From the very start, her communication was clear, supportive, and genuinely helpful, which made everything so easy to navigate. She really took the time to understand what I was looking for and ended up placing me in a firm and role that aligns perfectly with what I wanted.
Leanne has been amazing throughout - professional, approachable, and always quick to respond. Because of how great the experience has been, I’ve been recommending her to everyone I know who’s looking for new opportunities. I honestly can’t thank her enough for making what can be a stressful process feel so straightforward and positive.
